Job Summary

Manage daily clinical staffing to ensure seamless practice operations across all sites by executing real-time scheduling updates for call-ins and shift adjustments. Assign providers based on shift type, credentialing status, and surgeon requests while monitoring productivity metrics to make necessary staffing adjustments. Pull OR schedules two weeks in advance to anticipate needs, develop monthly call schedules including weekends and holidays, and balance fairness in assignment rotation. Coordinate vacation, CME, and personal time-off requests, arrange locum or per diem coverage, and track attendance for payroll purposes. Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and credentialing requirements while communicating schedule changes promptly to staff and hospital partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Residence in New Hampshire
  • 3-5 years' experience in the healthcare industry
  • Upward mobility documented
  • Excellent Verbal and Written skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and external customers
  • Strong keyboard skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pleasant disposition and high tolerance level for diverse views and opinions
  • Ability to motivate diverse personalities within the department
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Skill in gathering, reporting and analyzing information

Desired Qualifications

  • AA or BA preferred
