Job Summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Scheduler to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at NSA Naples, Italy. The role involves preparing, analyzing, and reviewing planning, design, and construction schedules for a wide range of projects, developing or evaluating durations considering contract requirements, site conditions, permitting, weather, phasing, and supporting contracts, and presenting the Basis of Schedule (BoSE) to project sponsors and stakeholders. The Scheduler will review Architect-Engineer schedules, participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis during planning and design, and collaborate with Project Managers and supported commands to evaluate proposed durations. The role includes providing informal schedule workshops or training to FEAD/ROICC personnel and assisting in developing schedule review guides and performing schedule impact analyses. Requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and related tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and federal construction experience. The position is contingent upon contract award with potential performance up to five years.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
  • 5 years of construction scheduling experience OR 10 years of construction scheduling experience
  • Construction scheduling experience on projects valued at $25M or greater
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Claim Digger, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to identify project conflicts and constraints and recommend mitigation measures
  • Experience performing construction schedule analysis including critical path analysis and schedule modifications
  • Ability to analyze contractor-prepared NAS (Network Analysis Schedules)
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Federal building criteria and construction guide specifications
  • Must have a valid US driver's license
