Job Summary
Scheduler responsible for generating, managing and updating the master schedules for nursing staff, coordinating with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Human Resources to assess staffing needs, validate PTO, maintain attendance records, manage floor orientation schedules for new hires, verify time clock corrections, and utilize scheduling software. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and may be asked to work on the floor if a QMA or CNA license is held.
