Scheduler at LV Tropicana Family Medicine Center, full-time with 10-hour rotating shifts. Acts as first point of contact for patients, greets and checks in patients, schedules appointments, verifies patient identity and eligibility, explains benefits, and answers questions. Supports front desk functions, handles calls, routes to appropriate departments, and uses the electronic medical record system. Provides advocacy/liaison for patients and continuity of care, performs care coordination when assigned, and maintains delegated worklists. Requires high school or equivalent, medical terminology understanding, and ability to interact with physicians, nurses, and staff.
