Scheduler

Coordinate and schedule direct care staff, ensuring adequate staffing coverage and maintaining shift coverage to community requirements. Monitor quality care delivered by direct care staff and track their attendance. Maintain relationships with resident families to ensure quality care is received and offer in-service training as needed. Approve bi-weekly timecard processes for payroll and complete additional administrative assignments. This role supports the hospitality-focused operations of Rose Senior Living Beachwood, where the team invests in the future of senior living by investing in its employees.
