Job Summary
Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a team or department, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources. Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and analyze workload, availability, and skill needs to create balanced schedules. Monitor staff availability, time-off requests, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records of scheduling data and time-off requests while supporting training department resource allocation.
