Job Summary
Coordinate detailed planning and scheduling for power projects from conceptual phases through engineering and construction by developing resource-loaded schedules, logic networks, and critical path analyses. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to assess design changes, forecast schedule impacts, and resolve complex project control issues. Provide schedule health reports to clients and train team members on scheduling processes while analyzing historical data for accurate future planning.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of scheduling experience preferably in engineering or construction
- Proficiency with computers and software including Microsoft Office products and Primavera P6
- Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about, various project controls software, such as inEight Suite, etc.
- Ability to travel periodically
- Relocation to jobsites is not required
- Ability to translate complex engineering processes into project schedules
- Highly motivated, with a passion for excellence and taking initiative
