Scheduler IV

Coordinate project schedules based on defined execution philosophies and perform contractor reviews for conformance and quality assurance. Evaluate change orders and amendments for budget and schedule impacts, while conducting time impact analyses of delays and potential claims. Participate in change order negotiations and perform critical path and earned value analyses to identify problems and recommend corrective actions. Conduct site visits for progress reporting, review weekly and monthly schedule progress, and prepare narrative findings for management. Analyze actual expenditures versus budget performance to support cash flow projections and prepare cost-loaded schedules. Apply contracts, policies, and procedures within Build LACCD guidelines while communicating findings orally and in writing.
