Job Summary
Build and coordinate project schedules for the college campus rebuilding program, reviewing contractor submissions against contracts and evaluating change orders for their impact on budget and timeline. Run time impact analysis on delays, execute critical path and earned value analysis, and lead negotiations using data-driven insights. Conduct cost engineering across design and construction to track actual spending against budget and develop cash flow-loaded schedules. Visit sites for progress reporting, analyze contractor recovery plans, and present findings to management. Requires 10 years of scheduling experience, advanced Primavera skills, and willingness to work across multiple campuses.

- 10 years of project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Advanced Primavera
- MS Project
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Real experience with time impact analysis
- Real experience with construction claims and change orders
- Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling practice
- A bachelor's in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- Willingness to work at more than one site
- The transportation to do it
