Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for large-scale capital construction programs, ensuring accurate reflection of scope, sequencing, and critical milestones. Review contractor schedules for compliance, perform Critical Path Method and Earned Value Management analyses, and monitor progress against approved baselines. Execute time impact analyses for delays and disruptions, evaluate change orders and construction claims, and assess the effectiveness of proposed corrective actions. Conduct site visits to verify progress, prepare narrative reports on schedule risks, and present recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to mitigate impacts and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera Scheduling Software (P6)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience performing time impact analyses
- Experience with construction claims and change order evaluations
- Strong understanding of cost engineering principles, scheduling methodologies, and project controls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Flexibility to travel between multiple project sites as required
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to interpret construction contracts, schedules, and project documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

- Experience with complex scheduling environments involving multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity with earned value management and advanced project controls methodologies
- Experience presenting schedule analyses and recommendations to executive leadership and project stakeholders
