Job Summary
Coordinate project schedules based on execution philosophies, perform contractor reviews for conformance and quality assurance, and evaluate change orders for budget and schedule impacts. Conduct time impact analyses of delays, perform critical path and earned value analyses, and identify problems to recommend corrective actions. Review weekly and monthly progress, prepare narrative findings for management, and conduct site visits for progress reporting. Analyze expenditures versus budget performance to support cash flow projections and prepare cost-loaded schedules. Submit and present schedule evaluations to management for decision-making. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to travel to multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field
- Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling
- Experience with time impact analysis
- Experience with construction claims and change orders
- Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties
