Job Summary
Experienced Scheduler IV to develop and maintain schedules for large construction and capital improvement projects for Los Angeles Community College District. Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, Earned Value analyses, time impact analyses, review contractor schedules for quality and contract compliance, and support cost-loaded schedules and cash flow forecasting. Conduct time impact analyses, monitor progress, prepare schedule reports, participate in meetings and site visits, and collaborate with project teams to identify risks and solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of scheduling experience; advanced Primavera P6 proficiency; strong communication skills; hybrid work with one WFH day per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of scheduling experience supporting large construction or capital improvement programs
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience performing Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and time impact analysis
- Experience reviewing construction claims, delays, and change orders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support projects at multiple locations
