Job Summary
Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule by integrating contract packages, reviewing contractor submissions, and developing mitigation plans for critical path changes. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients, while analyzing constraints to determine the impact of schedule adjustments. Collaborate with contractors to verify project data, assess extension of time claims, and propose defense reports. Develop site logistics planning and micro-management schedules for critical work elements. Requires 5+ years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI, and fluency in Polish and English. Located in the Dolnośląskie region with a focus on industrial construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of planning/scheduling experience
- Strong understanding of planning/scheduling policies, methods, and procedures, including risk analysis, and risk management
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Powerproject, Excel, PowerPoint, with preference for Acumen Fuse/Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, and MS Project
- Ability to create dashboards and summary reports using Power BI
- Skilled in consolidating multiple schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule and delivering project/program status reports
- Solid knowledge of design and project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Experience working with contractors in a project management or scheduler/planner role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong drive and tenacity
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, pharma, automotive and/or data center sector(s)
- Fluency in Polish and English language
