Job Summary
Oversee the development, planning, and scheduling of activities for assigned construction projects to facilitate on-time delivery. Coordinate planning functions with project teams, generating monthly status updates and narrative reports per contract documents. Interpret plans, models, and specifications to create schedules, perform time impact analyses, and ensure compliance with corporate standards. Represent the company in meetings with owners, A/E representatives, and contractors while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients. Requires proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to project sites.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Experience in scheduling for construction projects using Primavera P6 software in the commercial general building sector
- Experience in development of resource and cost loaded baseline schedules
- Proficiency in P6 and Microsoft Office platforms
- Ability to travel to and work on project sites
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with cost, quantity and labor hour loading
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its derivatives CPI and SPI
