Job Summary
Develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs by working with site teams and trade partners. Monitor and update project schedules to support supervision while assisting site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems. Contribute to proposals and pursuit schedules as needed, building relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. Perform other duties as assigned in an ever-changing environment requiring flexibility, resourcefulness, and proactive efficiency. This role involves overseeing all planning and scheduling activities for a top builder, developer, and EPC firm working across markets like sports, renewable energy, and data centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
- Minimum of two years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to travel may be required based on operating group
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a project engineer is desirable
