Job Summary
Scheduler I in Manufacturing/Indirect - Truss role responsible for coordinating and expediting production flow within a single facility. Duties include reviewing master production schedules and work orders, establishing priorities for customer orders, revising schedules based on work order specs and resource availability, distributing work orders, communicating with department supervisors about progress or changes, compiling progress and downtime reports, and maintaining inventory of materials and parts. Requires problem solving, teamwork, planning/organizing, quality management, and adaptability. Demonstrates ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet production deadlines in a hands-on, manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with production planning personnel and various departments to ensure timely delivery of units and efficient use of machines and parts. Required Qualifications
