Manage daily patient and physician scheduling using the Practice Management system for lab orders, diagnostic tests, and doctor visits. Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments and confirming them into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Handle assignments requiring judgment and discretion, including follow-up appointments and hospital procedures. This role supports the Internal Med Peds team at Coldspring, focusing on efficient workflow and accurate documentation within the full-time day schedule.
