Scheduler I

Perform routine scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of basic scheduling principles. Update schedules with input from experienced schedulers and maintain progress on basic schedules. Perform preliminary schedule analysis to identify critical activities, risk areas, key milestones, and schedule trends. Analyze contract documents and construction plans to translate scope, milestones, and phasing into the schedule. Assist the project team in planning work by developing Work-Breakdown Structures, estimating durations, and sequencing tasks. Prepare routine reporting from schedules to communicate status. This role supports large, complex infrastructure projects across Ohio and the country. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business, or equivalent experience.
