Job Summary
Scheduler responsible for maintaining and developing project schedules across assigned projects. Works with project managers and superintendents to develop schedules, monitor status and performance, and produce early/late progress curves, manpower histograms, and reports. Builds comprehensive Package/Systems Schedules with logic, critical path, resource loading, and weighting; manages schedule changes and communicates impacts to stakeholders; provides weekly updates and ensures schedule maintenance throughout project lifecycles. Requires collaboration, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Science/Management, Industrial Technology or related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in Project Scheduling using MS Project or Primavera
- 4+ years’ experience in ship/rig repair or related industry preferred
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience summarizing information, producing management reports, etc.
