Job Summary
Staff CNAs and nursing personnel by preparing and maintaining daily and monthly schedules, identifying staffing needs based on PPDs and budget constraints, and coordinating assignments with the Director of Nursing. Manage Medical Records and Central Supply duties while reviewing previous, current, and future staffing patterns to ensure optimum levels. Maintain accurate contact information for nursing department employees and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and center compliance programs. Requires a high school diploma, flexible availability, and prior scheduling experience; full-time 1st shift employment offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(K) program, and six paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Flexible availability
- Prior experience in scheduling
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
- Business acumen
- Intellectual prowess
- Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff
- Meets all health requirements, as required by law
- Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office products
