Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the staffing process and workflow in Home Care Home Base to support agency operations. Respond to inbound phone calls, maintain demographic and productivity data for staff, and supply staffing solutions to new patient referrals. Accurately complete workflow for scheduling changes, caseload reassignments, recertifications, and visit exceptions. Communicate care expectations and enforce deadlines with internal and contract staff while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Medicare regulations. Provide on-call services for week nights and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills in person, over the phone (verbal and text) and over email
- Establishes productive organizational skills and habits

- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
- Technical aptitude to know, learn and master the agency's software
