Job Summary

Prepare, develop, and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules for housing, medical, industrial, and waterfront projects. Review project scopes to support Requests for Proposals, develop the Basis of Schedule, and present assumptions to senior leadership. Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis and evaluate contractor Network Analysis Schedules, including delay analysis and impact assessments. Collaborate with Project Managers and FEAD/ROICC personnel on milestones, progress tracking, and schedule-related issues to provide technical recommendations for successful execution. Requires Primavera P6 proficiency, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and U.S. citizenship. Includes frequent Temporary Duty travel to NSA Bahrain.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of ten (10) years of construction scheduling experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting construction projects of varying complexity, including projects valued at $25 million or greater
  • Proficiency with: Primavera P6
  • Proficiency with: Claim Digger
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project)
  • Proficiency with: Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Experience performing schedule reviews, schedule analysis, delay analysis, and construction scheduling assessments
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractor schedules
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051)
  • Frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base
  • TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period
  • Must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending in austere environments due to damaged facilities
