Job Summary
Construction Scheduler for data center projects to update and maintain construction schedules, coordinate inputs into a master schedule, deliver project status reports, perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analyses, use Primavera P6, and provide interface and QA for project teams and contractors while supporting an integrated enterprise-based EPC master schedule; ensure schedule integrity, prepare staffing and progress reports, and promote scheduling strategy in alignment with company and contractor roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Experience in the development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis
- Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6
- Minimum 3-5 years of applicable experience
- Strong communication skills
