Job Summary
Manage facility staffing coverage for C.N.As, C.M.As, LVNs, and RNs by researching openings in the HRIS Scheduler and ensuring overtime remains minimal. Conduct interviews for applicants upon request, coordinate onboarding with the Human Resources Coordinator, and reach out by phone to cover shifts when employees call in sick. Remain on call for last-minute schedule changes and assist with floor staffing if C.N.A.s or nurses are utilized. Maintain at least two years of healthcare scheduling experience with strong communication skills to support quality of care in this skilled nursing facility.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
- Friendly and clear communication skills
- Strong understanding of computer applications
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred
