Job Summary
Manage scheduling for C.N.As, C.M.As, LVNs, and RNs at the facility using the HRIS Scheduler to research openings and minimize overtime. Conduct interviews for applicants upon request and coordinate with the Human Resources Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding. Cover shifts by phone when employees call into work and remain on call for last-minute schedule changes. Ensure compliance with staffing needs for Certified Nurse Aides or Charge Nurses on the floor. Requires at least two years of healthcare scheduling experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of healthcare scheduling experience
- Friendly and clear communication skills
- Strong understanding of computer applications
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aide or Charge Nurse experience is highly preferred
