Job Summary
Scheduler coordinating with after-sales service, coordinating with sales to confirm customer requests, scheduling GPS installation, following up with customers, and logging weekly operational data. Requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 3–6 months (or internship) in related fields, comfort with customer negotiation and handling pressure, and ability to work one Saturday per month with OT and Work from Home. Open to students/new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาขั้นต่ําปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้
- ประสบการณ์ขั้นต่ํา 3-6 เดือน หรือเคยฝึกงานมาในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Call Center, Customer Service, Coordinator, ประสานงานขาย และอื่นๆ)
- มีความชอบในการเจรจากับลูกค้า
- สามารถรับแรงกดดันจากทางลูกค้าได้
- หากมีประสบประสานงานหรือคุยกับ ช่าง,คนขับรถ,คนส่งของ ฯลฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นเศษ
- สามารถทํางาน 1 เสาร์ต่อเดือนได้ (วันเสาร์ มีค่า OT และ Work from Home)
- ยินดีพิจารณานักเรียน/นักศึกษาจบใหม่
