Job Summary
Develop and adjust caregiver schedules to ensure client visits are appropriately staffed, coordinating assignments based on client needs, skills, and continuity of care. Respond quickly to call-offs and schedule changes while communicating updates clearly to caregivers, clients, and families. Serve as a primary support point for caregivers by conducting check-ins, resolving concerns, and reinforcing attendance expectations. Maintain accurate scheduling data within company systems and participate in Quality Management Program audits while ensuring compliance with Colorado Class A Home Care Agency regulations and HIPAA standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and may involve evening or weekend work and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, customer service, scheduling or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
- Meet all Colorado Class A Home Care Agency employment requirements
- Ability to be available for occasional local travel throughout the service area
- Ability to work occasional evening or weekend shifts
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
