Job Summary
The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects in Ontario, including reviewing contract documents, coordinating with project teams, monitoring progress, identifying schedule risks, and providing forecasts. Responsibilities include creating critical path analyses, supporting bid and baseline schedules, tracking subcontractor timelines, and delivering regular progress updates. Strong emphasis on Primavera P6 usage, schedule recovery strategies, and travel to Ontario project sites; candidates with Civil Construction/Transportation backgrounds and experience in planning and scheduling are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience within the Transportation or Civil Construction sector
- Experience on roads, highways, bridges, utilities, or other infrastructure projects
- Experience in a Planner/Scheduler role is an asset
- Exposure to MTO projects is highly preferred
- Primavera P6 experience is considered an asset; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid G Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Ontario as required
