Job Summary
Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator in healthcare: create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with government regulations and adequate staffing to provide high-quality care to residents. Support the nursing team and ensure smooth operations within the facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

- Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment
