Job Summary
Assess client schedules for realism, quality, and risks while performing probabilistic schedule and cost analysis to determine completion timelines. Lead teams in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and monitor execution against milestones and key events. Manage multiple project and program schedules to communicate status to project teams and upper management, interfacing with clients and vendors on scheduling issues. Prepare briefings on schedule health and provide earned value management, resource loading, and risk analysis. Mentor users and establish project management processes within a multi-stakeholder, matrixed environment. Requires 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Project, Secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree. Salary ranges from $55,200 to $126,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project
- Experience in the leadership of teams performing assessment of schedules and project control data and communicating priority findings to clients
- Experience with using MS Office Suite
- Experience with Risk Management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and controlling or monitoring
- Knowledge of developing resource loaded schedules or earned value management
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting programs and contracts within the federal government
- Experience performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan and Oracle Primavera
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple client and team engagements
- Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
