Scheduler and Dispatcher

Scheduler and Dispatcher role responsible for receiving and scheduling customer calls for service, managing technician schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance, debriefing technicians daily, coordinating with billing and support to progress jobs, communicating action plans to customers, and maintaining accurate customer account information and scheduling data in NxGen. Requires independent work, strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication to coordinate with internal/external clients; prior dispatch or service scheduling experience (2–5 years) preferred. Onsite role located in Salt Lake City, UT; hourly rate range posted: $23.07–$31.73.
