Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions, levels, and time zones (primarily via Microsoft Teams); partner with Corporate Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to align on interview plans and logistics; manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy; serve as the primary point of contact for candidates; prepare and distribute interview confirmations, agendas, and materials; maintain candidate activity in iCIMS; troubleshoot conflicts; coordinate panel interviews and debriefs; ensure data accuracy and compliance; contribute to process improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, HR support, or administrative roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and scheduling tools preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams required
