Job Summary
Schedule Manager responsible for schedule management, project control, and reporting across projects of varying scales. Involves participation in all phases of the project lifecycle including proposal development, front end development, constructability, procurement, construction, and commissioning; independent evaluation of project status using reports and team input. Key duties include project handoff with cost spread, contract/subcontract reviews, schedule of values development, accurate cost forecasting, vendor management and risk mitigation, CPM schedule development/maintenance, weekly project reviews, cost tracking and reporting, change management, safety audits, and leading project-controls initiatives. Requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, PowerPivot, and SQL. A 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required; leadership experience is encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another technical field from an accredited university.
