Job Summary
Develop, analyze, and maintain CPM construction schedules for active projects, incorporating physical progress data and payment requisitions. Review float paths and critical activities, prepare management reports, and perform schedule delay analysis. Facilitate lookahead schedule planning meetings and manage multiple priorities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant construction scheduling experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Two to five years of construction scheduling experience supporting active construction projects
- Hands-on scheduling and analysis experience with Primavera P6
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
