Job Summary
Schedule Analyst with 3-5 years of government or construction scheduling experience sought to develop early-stage schedule estimates, create and monitor project schedules using WBS, track baselines, perform what-if and uncertainty analyses, identify critical milestones and activity durations, and report schedule status for major capital infrastructure projects in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include collecting and normalizing project data, developing scheduling relationships, ensuring version control, and providing leadership within project teams. Requires proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to obtain DoW or DoE clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years related-work experience in the government or construction industry, or as a project scheduler
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Must have good attention to details
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good working ethics and ability to treat documents with confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting and also to provide leadership when required to do so
- Ability to obtain a DoW or DoE clearance
