Manage and steer real estate claims from initial reporting through settlement, coordinating with customers, insurers, and experts to ensure efficient, customer-oriented, and cost-effective resolution. Lead complex regulatory procedures and negotiate optimal outcomes while maintaining transparent communication across all stakeholders. Coordinate relevant specialists for high-stakes incidents, maintain claim data in systems, monitor deadlines, and generate analytical reports to support decision-making. Continuously review workflows to identify optimization opportunities and drive process improvements for higher quality and efficiency. Full-time or part-time position in Regensburg; excellent English communication skills and strong computer proficiency required.
