Job Summary
Direct Support Professional / Caregiver for IDD services in Scenery, PA 15037. PT Evening shift (3p-11p, Mon/Thu/Fri) 24hrs. Provide compassionate, real-world support to participants, assist with personal hygiene, support development goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), foster community participation, and contribute to a stable, growth-oriented environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and driving license. Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's License with 1+ years' driving experience
