Job Summary
Develop and sustain ATE test solutions for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers, including test program development for SCE NPI products and validation of 1st silicon. Evaluate new test methods to improve test coverage, accuracy and efficiency; deliver test hardware requirements and design-for-test inputs to product engineers; own TE deliverables and collaborate with global cross-functional teams including OSATs on new products in advanced process nodes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines.
