SCE Product Engineer (Staff / Senior)

Job Summary
This role involves working on New Product Introduction (NPI) for highly integrated multicore processors and controllers within NXP’s Secure Connected Edge Business Line. The responsibilities include collaborating with global teams throughout the NPI development cycle, converting product specifications into test methodologies, supporting the development of ATE test hardware, and driving yield improvements through failure analysis and characterization activities. Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree in related fields along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Desired skills include knowledge of CMOS technologies, programming in C/C++, and familiarity with ATE test programming.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product and test engineering
- Solid knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS, SOI and FinFET technologies
- Test program debugging skills on ATE i.e. Teradyne or Agilent 93K
- Self-motivated; Able to plan, execute and deliver within given timeline
Desired Qualifications
- Basic skills in statistics; JMP software scripting a plus
- Good software skills (C, C++); Linux, Python and Visual Basic a plus
- Familiar with BIST, SCAN, DFT, DFA implementation schemes is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong team player with leadership, negotiation and collaboration skills
