Job Summary
Monitor corporate SCCM infrastructure, execute service requests, and manage maintenance, deployment, and patching activities for Windows workstations and servers. Create applications, collections, and filters; troubleshoot software distribution, installation, and network inventory issues while performing root cause analysis. Design boundaries, packages, and installer configurations to automate deployment processes and support end-user issues. Collaborate with local IT teams and external Microsoft service providers to resolve complex infrastructure challenges. Requires 8+ years of SCCM experience, including strong skills in WSUS, PowerShell, and Intune.
Required Qualifications
- Min 8 years of practical experience in running complex SCCM infrastructures
- Strong experience in SCCM 2012/Current Branch
- Experience in working in a multinational environment and flexible work timings
- Very good experience in SCCM administration, monitoring and troubleshooting issues and RCA
- Complex Software deployment using SCCM
- Patch management using SCCM, especially WSUS and Windows 10 servicing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows (workstation and server class Oss)
- Basic SQL Server, VBS and PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting
- Good knowledge and practical experience for any troubleshooting with SCCM related technologies
- Experience in working with Delivery Optimization Solution (Adaptiva OneSite or 1E Nomad)
- Knowledge of Intune and Cloud Management Gateway
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues
- Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing
- Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, applications within SCCM
- Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a windows workstation (desktop\laptop) deployment (Windows 7 / Windows 10)
- Working with the team to automate the deployment process
