Job Summary
Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems while deploying and updating operating systems, applications, and patches. Monitor client health and compliance issues, create reports and dashboards, and develop documented policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration and provide technical guidance to L2 and L3 support staff. Requires 8+ years of SCCM experience, proficiency in PowerShell and SQL, and knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure. Local to Marlborough, MA, with potential lab visits 5-6 times monthly.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Local to Marlborough, MA
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure
- Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL
