Job Summary
Monitor attraction safety and attendance across indoor mazes and outdoor scare zones while enforcing park policies for guest enjoyment. Assist lost, frightened, or disoriented guests and handle props with care, maintaining the spooky theatrical experience through firm direction. Stay calm and professional in high-stress situations, ensuring the safety of all guests and performers. This role requires availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 16 or older
- People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and team members
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Carowinds and Haunted Attractions
- Ability to scream and speak before large groups of people
- Availability to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
