Job Summary
Scan Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for maintaining price integrity in-store. Duties include conducting daily/weekly/monthly price changes, updating shelf signs and promotional signs, verifying weekly ad price changes and pricing signage across departments, and ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations. Must work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment; requires reading price tags, creating and posting signs, and using a computer to activate new pricing. Physical requirements include lifting up to 17 lbs., walking up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and crouching/kneeling/squatting for access. Eligible candidates should be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience or training; strong analytical and math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors; ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age

- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or acceptable combination of education and experience
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ability to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs
- ability to staple, scan and use computer to activate new pricing
- able to lift up to 17 lbs. and move boxes up to 8 feet
- ability to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
- ability to crouch/kneel/squat
- flexible hours/days as business dictates
