Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including updating shelf signs, tags, and promotional signage. Verify weekly ad price changes and promotional price accuracy across all departments while ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations. Read price tags, create signs, post tags, and use a computer to activate new pricing, including stapling and scanning. Transfer boxes up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours to support pricing integrity in the store. Work varied hours as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Acceptable combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze total scanning programs
- Ability to properly maintain necessary reports and schedules
- Ability to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outgoing, friendly behavior
- Positive attitude
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to read price tags
- Ability to create signs

- Ability to conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground
- Ability to crouch/kneel/squat for up to 50 hours
