Job Summary
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes by updating shelf signs, tags, and promotional signage while verifying weekly ad price accuracy across all departments. Maintain overall price integrity by ensuring compliance with company and governmental regulations, reading price tags, creating signs, and using a computer to activate new pricing. Physically transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, and perform repetitive crouching or squatting to access low points. Work varied hours as business dictates to support pricing integrity in the store.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Have acceptable combination of education and experience
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Be able to analyze total scanning programs
- Be able to properly maintain necessary reports and schedules
- Be able to understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles and processes
- Possess excellent mathematical skills
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an outgoing, friendly behavior
- Have a positive attitude
- Have the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Be able to read price tags
