Job Summary
Scaled Customer Success Manager at Brex responsible for designing and executing scalable, data-driven customer success programs to retain and grow Brex customers. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to engage customers at scale, design and test one-to-many programs (email campaigns, webinars, office hours, digital content), and partner with Scaled CSMs to refine playbooks and drive product adoption across segments. The role includes proactively identifying and mitigating risk, monitoring account health through dashboards and alerts, collaborating with Sales to source expansion opportunities, coordinating with VIP Support to resolve issues, and advocating for the voice of the customer internally. You should be passionate about helping customers achieve their goals, comfortable presenting new ideas, and experienced in building customer programs that drive measurable retention and expansion. Preferred experience includes leading large-scale webinars/workshops, creating effective email outreach programs, customer education initiatives, and leveraging AI for large data sets to scale impact.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing, marketing, or program management roles
- Experience with SaaS or Fintech environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with high volume of customers at various lifecycle stages
