Job Summary

Scaled Customer Success Manager responsible for retaining and growing Brex customers at scale using marketing automation, data-driven playbooks, and proactive outreach. Develop and execute one-to-many programs (email campaigns, webinars, office hours, digital content) to educate customers, drive product adoption, and surface expansion opportunities across segments. Proactively identify and mitigate risk, monitor account health via dashboards and triggers, and collaborate with Sales to source expansion opportunities. Partner with VIP Support to ensure timely issue resolution and represent the voice of the customer internally to improve Brex’s offerings. The role requires 3+ years in customer-facing, marketing, or program management roles, experience with high-volume customer interactions, and experience in SaaS/Fintech. Strong communication, relationship-building, and ability to scale customer programs are essential. Preferred: building customer programs from scratch and leading large-scale webinars/educational initiatives; experience with AI in data-driven contexts. The Compensation reflects an OTE range of $88,000 - $110,000 plus potential equity; base plus commissions may vary by location. Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in customer-facing, marketing, or program management roles
  • Experience and comfort interacting with a high volume of customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Experience working at a SaaS or Fintech organization.
