Scale Up (Mon. - Thur. 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)

Scale Up responsibilities include weighing and measuring ingredients for production runs, recording lot numbers, allocating ingredients, pre-staging pallets, and staging kit items while ensuring FIFO compliance and adherence to recipes and batching instructions. Works as part of the process team (QA Technician, Batcher, Driver, Bin Prep) to inspect labeling, quantity, and quality of raw materials, maintain ERP records, monitor inventories, and support shift-change communications. Follows GMP, SOPs, and safety programs; forklift certification required; role supports a 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Mon–Thu schedule.
