Job Summary
Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial weighing and measuring equipment while independently troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system components. Diagnose problems using diagnostic gear to perform necessary repairs, keep customers apprised of progress, and record machine performance data. Provide onsite training, consultation, and recommendations to improve service reliability, ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Work in varied environments including industrial, agriculture, and pharmaceutical settings, often requiring on-call shifts, weekends, and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- 3-year clean DMV report
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must pass DOT physical and maintain yearly certification
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods
- Ability to kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist frequently
- Ability to work an on-call shift, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis
- Occasional travel outside your assigned territory, including air and overnight travel
- Working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office, email, and basic understanding of networks
- Logical troubleshooting skills and capability to isolate problems
- Detail oriented and can accurately process paperwork and complete tasks within deadlines
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to work as a team

- 3-5 years of Mechanical and/or Electrical experience
- Experience in HVAC/R

- Experience in Medical Equipment
- Experience in Welding Equipment
- Experience in Vending Machine
- Experience in Advanced Copiers/Printers
- Experience in Military Equipment
- Ability to work in a variety of environments (i.e., Industrial, Agriculture, Aggregate, Pharmaceutical, etc.)
