Job Summary
Weigh trucks in and out and coordinate with the Shipping and Receiving team to meet daily inbound/outbound goals. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include weighing loads, matching paperwork to incoming loads, communicating with the shipping team to determine dock assignments, scanning documents, handling driver inquiries, managing inbound/outbound calendars, greeting drivers, and exchanging paperwork. Maintain regular attendance and apply 5S lean practices to workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer literacy & proficiency
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
